At last, my lab mate dah konvo...after 4 - 5 years dia ambil sarjana.
From my observations, there are a lots of situations :

1. Ada yang buat conversion - mostly dapat..
2. Ada yang buat conversion, then mintak turun taraf - alasannya, nak jadi lecturer kena further study di oversea...
3. Ada yang lompat taraf, tapi kena turun coz requirement tak achieve - ramai ! !
4. Ada yang 2 - 3 tahun..
5. Ada yang 7 - 8 tahun..

Apa pun situation, i've to planned well..supaya my research ada 'high value' and 'great contribute' in industry, economic and enviromental.. Hopefully, insyaallah.
